The person behind the mission

Founder and Principal Consultant Ronni Bateman brings a combination of academic training, field credentials, legislative experience, and firsthand expertise that no single discipline produces on its own.

Ronni Bateman holds a Master of Public Health from Utah State University (2023), a Certified Danger Assessor credential from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing (2024), and a Credentialed Domestic Violence Advocate designation from the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition (2020). She has provided sworn expert witness testimony and submitted expert reports in domestic violence and child custody proceedings in Utah's 8th District Court (2024–2025) and serves as an active member of the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee, Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice. She initiated and championed Utah legislation establishing evidence of abuse as the first consideration under the best interests of the child standard and as a mandatory consideration in parent-time scheduling.
